Gentle Yoga Flow
Like our Gentle class, Gentle Yoga Flow focuses on building strength and flexibility through stretching, breathing, relaxing, and practicing asana. Here, however, poses and breathing are married together to begin the first steps toward vinyasa, moving on breath. All poses and breathing are taught in an inclusive and welcoming way, meeting each student right where they are.
This class is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time.
