Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow, focuses on building strength and flexibility through stretching, breathing, relaxing, and practicing asana. Here, however, pranayama (breath) and asana (postures) are brought together in relationship to one another to begin to explore the first pieces of vinyasa (moving on breath.)

This class is appropriate for people new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time.
