This workshop series was designed to teach you self-care techniques to bring peace, stress-relief, and bliss into your daily life. You are welcome to join for one, two, three, or all four workshop days and you are encouraged to bring a loved one who DESERVES some self-love too.
May 5- Self-massage: Learn techniques to massage your deep and connective tissues using props like blocks and tennis balls to release tension.
May 12- MOTHER'S DAY! Intention, Affirmation, and Gratitude Guided Journaling and Meditation: Charlene will share her daily journaling and media ration practice with you and guide you into deep self-love and empowerment.
May 19- Mindfulness through all of the senses: Practice the satisfaction of slow, mindful indulgences. (Tiny treats to be consumed provided by Schastea).
May 26- Play-yoga: Release your inhibitions in this playful, lighthearted flow, created to bring out the kid within.
Sundays in May with Charlene
$25 per session, or $85 if you sign up for all four sessions**
Pre-registration at least 24 hours in advance is required for these classes.
Bring a friend offer: Bring a *new* student to BYS to these workshops and get an additional $10 credit to BYS or one additional group class on your class card.
Note: Some group class cards can be used for these sessions. Each session is worth two class cards on your 5, 10, or 20 class card. If you sign up for all four sessions, you can do that with using 7 classes on your 10- or 20-class card.
