Have you wanted to try yoga but were hesitant because you thought you were not flexible enough or you just did not know how to start?

 

Well, Bristol Yoga Studio is offering a comprehensive series for you. Yoga is an amazing gift you can give yourself. Wherever you are in your life’s journey, yoga can offer you amazing benefits for health and well being.

We are offering a four week series that will include: Yoga philosophy, basic breathwork (pranayama); basic yoga poses (asana) with alignment teaching with
the use of props, meditation and preparation to step into a class environment.

At Bristol Yoga Studio, we believe “it is your yoga, your practice.” This course will help you find your own yoga practice, and gain the benefits from the practice throughout. Your instructor will offer modifications to meet you where you are.

If you already have an established practice and want some additional support on alignment, philosophy, and pranayama come and join us.
