Our 2019 Autumn Retreat is a day long retreat at Bristol Yoga Studio. Spend the day exploring Yoga’s deeper teachings & transformational power. Learn how Vata, Pitta, Kapha, and Sattva, Rajas, & Tamas influence us and how to use your practice to work with and to take you beyond the mind/body.
Our day will begin with a beautiful asana practice led by Kate Hawley and be filled with ritual, learning, & a vegetarian Ayurvedic Luncheon.
